Cancellation Policy

All deposits are to secure your time and service. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not make an appointment for service if you do not intend to honor. There is a 20 min grace period for late arrival only. You may reschedule no later than 24hrs in advance only to avoid loss of deposit .
