Here's how we keep appointments running smoothly for everyone. ✓ BOOKING & DEPOSITS • All services require a valid credit card to secure your appointment • Services are confirmed once your deposit is received • Deposit amount: Listed with each service on our booking calendar ✓ RESCHEDULING (Easy & Flexible) • Reschedule FREE up to 24 HOURS before your appointment using your confirmation email link • Reschedule by phone: Call 267-574-1717 (available 24 hours prior to appointment) • Online: Use the rescheduling link in your confirmation ✓ CANCELLATIONS • Cancel FREE up to 24 HOURS before your appointment time •$30 Flat Fee within 24 Hour • Note: 20 minute grace period applies to all appointments. ✓ NO-SHOWS • No-show without notice: 50% of total service cost charged • No refunds issued for no-shows ✓ BALANCE PAYMENT • Pay your remaining balance anytime before your service • Payment accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, CashApp • Note: 2.5% processing fee may apply to card payments at checkout ✓ CREDITS • Deposits and payments credit toward properly rescheduled appointments • Credits valid for 30 days from original appointment date Questions?
