Cancellation Policy
✨ FLEXIBLE BOOKING FOR YOU We want to make booking easy and stress-free! ✓ BOOKING & DEPOSITS • Quick online booking with credit card confirmation • Deposit amount: 30% of service price • Book up to 6 months in advance • Book as little as 12 hours before (instead of 24) ✓ RESCHEDULING (Easy & Flexible) • Reschedule FREE up to 18 hours before appointment • Quick reschedule via email link or call 267-574-1717 • Online reschedule anytime from your confirmation ✓ CANCELLATIONS • Cancel FREE up to 18 hours before appointment • $25 cancellation fee within 18 hours (reduced from $30) • 20 minute grace period for all appointments ✓ NO-SHOWS • No-show without notice: 50% of total service cost charged • We understand life happens - just let us know! ✓ BALANCE PAYMENT • Pay anytime before your appointment • Payment options: Card, Cash, Apple Pay, CashApp • 2.5% processing fee on card payments for balances my occur in person after completion of services. ✓ CREDITS • Unused deposits transfer to rescheduled appointments • Credits valid for 60 days from original appointment date ❤️ Questions?
