Cancellation Policy

All services must be secured with a valid credit card. All service are confirmed once you complete the required deposits. You may reschedule your booking/service up to 24HOURS before your confirmed appointment Date/ time using your confirmation notice you received via EMAIL ,online or SMS. No refunds for cancellations, no/show no/call or Late show:( there is a 20 min grace period) *No Refunds of any DEPOSITS or PAYMENTS for booked and confirmed services, promotional offers, discounted services, missed or canceled appointments. * A $25.00 fee will be charged for any same day cancellation. A 50% charge of remaining balance will be charge for last minute cancellation/no shows. Deposits and payments will be credited towards a properly rescheduled booking using the rescheduling link located at the bottom of your confirmation or by calling 267-574-1717 (max 24 hr prior confirmed date/time.) Balance Due- you may pay your balance in full anytime before your service online using your confirmation. ALL balances due upon completion of service. Balances can be paid with Secured Vaulted Credit Card, Cash(usd), Major Credit Cards, Debit/Bank Cards, Apple Pay, Or Cashapp
